There are a few reasons why you may not have earned points:

  1. Your order has not been completed yet. Your points will be added to your Dashboard when you receive confirmation that your order has shipped. 
  2. You were opted-out of METRIN Rewards. To earn points, you must be opted-in to the METRIN Rewards program when the order is placed. Orders on opt-out status are not eligible for reward points even if you opt-in later.
  3. We goofed up. If you think we made a mistake, please contact our Client Care team.
